Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Michael Joseph Small, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the class of motor vehicles specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 78A (a) and (c) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.
