International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Aerolineas Argentinas Limited to enable the airline to operate such frequency as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.

This amendment will take effect from 1 November 1995.

Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give notice that an application has been made, in terms of sections 14 and 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, for amendments to the international air service licence issued to Kiwi Travel International Airlines Limited to enable the airline to operate to Rarotonga, Cook Islands, with effect from 29 December 1995.

Further details of this proposal are available from me at the Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward the representations to reach me on or before 19 October 1995.

Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to sections 14 and 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Lufthansa German Airlines has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence to enable the airline to operate scheduled services from Germany (Frankfurt) to Auckland, via Bangkok, code-sharing on the aircraft of Thai Airways International between Bangkok and Auckland. It is proposed to amend Lufthansa’s International Air Service Licence to permit the airline, in accordance with inter-governmental arrangements, to operate schedule air services optionally via any intermediate point to Auckland and optionally beyond, with effect from 25 October 1995.

Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the General Manager International Relations, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Michael Joseph Small, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the class of motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 78A (a) and (c) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.
