Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 104nD of the Property Law Act 1993

Take notice that on the 13th day of September 1995, Bank of New Zealand, by virtue of memorandum of mortgages No. C - registered under O.N. 380031 and No. B - registered under O.N. 394905 respectively (Ship's Registry) entered into possession of fishing vessels Victory II being the 20.06 metre steel hulled fishing vessel (situate in the Port of Napier) and Ohau being the 30.18 metre steel hulled fishing vessel (situate in Nelson).

The registered office of Bank of New Zealand is BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington.

Any correspondence pertaining to this matter should be directed to Buddle Findlay, solicitors for the mortgagee at P.O. Box 2694 or D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington (Attention: G. J. Toebes).

Notice of Proposal to Promote an Indicative Referendum Petition

Pursuant to section 7 of the Citizens Initiated Referenda Act 1993, I give notice that I have received from the Voluntary Euthanasia Society (Auckland) Inc. and Cam Campaign a proposal to promote an indicative referendum petition.

The wording of the question is proposed to be put to voters in an indicative referendum is:

"Should voluntary euthanasia be legalised for persons 18 years and over?"

Comment is invited on this wording. Anyone wishing to comment must send three written copies to:
