Adult Adoption Information Act 1985

Appointment of Independent Counsellor

Under section 12(1) of the Adult Adoption Information Act 1985, the Minister of Social Welfare has appointed

Margaret Morrell of Christchurch

as an independent counsellor. This appointment permits the above-named to provide counselling services to adopted people under sections 3 (2) (a), 5 (2) (a) (ii), 6 (a) (i) and 7 (2) (a) of the Adult Adoption Information Act 1985. This appointment is effective from 1 September 1995.
