Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner

Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the board, I hereby dissolve the Helena Bay Primary School Board of Trustees and appoint Mr John Snell as Commissioner to act its place.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under the authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 30 January 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Doris Zuur in respect of Te Rawhiti Kindergarten situated at 104 Rawhiti Road, Pukerua Bay, Wellington.

The kindergarten has re-established at 98–100 Rawhiti Road, Pukerua Bay, Wellington as of 12 September 1995.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under the authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 18 July 1995, which was granted under those regulations to Ngaone John Tahere in respect of Mururangi Kohanga Reo, 1 Waione Street, Moera, Lower Hutt.

The centre has amalgamated as from the 1 August 1995.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen
