Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notification of Ordinary Rules

Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules set out in the Schedule hereto which shall come into force as stated in the Schedule.

Schedule

Civil Aviation Rules Part 21: Certification of Products and Parts. Subparts A, B, and H to come into force on 1 July 1995.

Civil Aviation Rules Part 1: Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment number 4. To come into force 28 days after the date of this notification, except for the amendment to the definition of the term maximum certificated take-off weight which comes into force on 1 July 1995.

Civil Aviation Rules Part 103: Microlight Aircraft—Certification and Operating Rules, Amendment number 2. To come into force on 1 July 1995.

These ordinary rules are available for inspection and purchase at the Head Office of the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, 1 Market Grove (P.O. Box 31-441), Lower Hutt 6315.

Fire Service Act 1975

Tauranga Fire District Notice 1994

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Tauranga Fire District Notice 1994.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1995.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for the Tauranga Fire District.

Constitution of the Tauranga Fire District

4. All areas of the Tauranga District with the exception of "The Mount", the offshore islands and the "Tumu" block at Kaituna are hereby constituted as the Tauranga Fire District.

5. The boundary of the constituted Fire District is defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Industry Training Act 1992

Community Support Services Industry Training Organisation Incorporated

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 19th September 1994, the Community Support Services Industry Training Organisation Incorporated was, afforded recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for Community Support Services. It will set standards for levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework as follows: Disability, including Physical, Sensory, Psychiatric, Intellectual and Age Related Industries.

Commodity Levies (Winemaking Grapes) Order

The Commodity Levies (Winemaking Grapes) Order 1992

All grape growers and buyers of grapes are advised that the levy payable under this order for the 1995 vintage remains at 0.5 percent plus G.S.T., as passed at the NZGGC AGM 28 October 1994.
