Notice is hereby given that a final meeting of the company and the creditors of A Verschoor Limited (in liquidation) is to be held at the offices of Silks, Chartered Accountants, 282 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui at 11 a.m. on Friday, 27 January 1995.

Business:

1. To show how the winding up has been conducted and how the property has been disposed of to date of final winding up on 16 December 1994.
2. To authorise the liquidator to dispose of the company’s records as appropriate.

Proxies:
