Notice is hereby given pursuant to clause 2 (6) of Schedule 8A of the Companies Act 1955 that the adjourned meeting of creditors of Home Improvement Products Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) held at the Conference Room, State Services Commission, Fifth Floor, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch at 10 a.m. on Friday, the 9th day of December 1994 will be reconvened at the venue referred to above at 10 a.m. on Monday, the 13th day of February 1995 for the purpose of appointing a liquidator or liquidators.
