Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declared the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that:

(i) Area “E”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 56499, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21A/533, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 282048.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “I”, “K” and “L”, now known as Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. 56500 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/132, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 285850.4 and H. 533276.7, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Area “O”, now known as Section 4, S.O. 56500, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 23C/323, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) Area “S”, now known as Section 5, S.O. 56500, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 680, folio 62, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 285850.4 and H. 533276.7, South Auckland Land Registry.
