Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1994, No. 14.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Declaring Land in Taupo and Rotorua Districts to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of February 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 February 1994, No. 16 at page 919, declaring land in Taupo and Rotorua Districts to be Crown land by deleting “11.2806 Part Tahorakuri A No. 1 Block; coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 43127” (the land one hundred and forty-sixthly described).

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of August 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 August 1993, No. 124 at page 2477 realigning road in Waikato District by inserting “subject to Joint Family Home Settlement H. 534114,” between “61,” and “and” in paragraph (b) (i).
