Roadway Declared Road in South Auckland Land District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand declare that the land comprised in the roadway described in the Schedule hereto, shall be road.

A roadway traversing Tahorakuri Part A1 Block and comprising:

9.0900 hectares, more or less, situated in Blocks V and VI, Takapau Survey District, being commonly known as Te Toke Road and shown marked “A” on ML Plan 22246, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

5590 square metres, more or less, situated in Block VI, Takapau Survey District, being commonly known as Te Toke Road and shown marked “B” on ML Plan 22246, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

1.3710 hectares, more or less, situated in Block VI, Takapau Survey District, being commonly known as Te Toke Road and shown marked “C” on ML Plan 22245, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
