Amending a Notice for Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control in Hutt City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, amends the notice dated the 29 August 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 September 1994, No. 89, page 2705, by removing “75” and “126” as the areas in the recital and replacing with “75” and “133” respectively.
