Declaring Land at Picton to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to section 24 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Blenheim, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for railway purposes.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 25) in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that area “D”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59744, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 112, folio 177, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 948076.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

Revoking Previous Notice and Stopping of Road (State Highway No. 4) at Piriaka in the District of Ruapehu

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(1) Pursuant to section 54, revokes the notice dated 20th day of April 1993, stopping road (State Highway No. 4) at Piriaka, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 6 of May 1993, No. 63 at page 1175.

(2) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(3) Pursuant to section 52, declares the said portions of road, when stopped, to be set apart for power purposes.

(4) Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the said Schedule is hereby acquired for power purposes and shall vest in King Country Energy Limited, at Taumarunui, on the date of publication of this notice.

Stopped Road in Manukau City to be Vested

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the parts of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the residue of the land contained in certificate of title 93C/217, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.
