Declaring Maori Freehold Land to be Included in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the Maori reservation known as Ngapuna E, constituted by a recommendation, pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 6, page 145, on the 9th day of February 1967.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 6.
The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
