Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

2.6456 hectares, more or less, being Part Lot 41, D.P. 58154, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Otahuhu Survey District. Shown on S.O. 47374. All New Zealand Gazette, 1973, page 2051.

Notice Setting Apart Maori Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of an urupa to be known as Te Ahuru urupa for the common use and benefit of the Te Ahuru family.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of recreation and conservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Wiremu Toi Ngakuru. The reservation is to be known as the Wiremu Toi Ngakuru Reservation.

All that piece of land situated in Block XIII, Waoku Survey District and described as follows:

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a wahi tapu for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau Moana and Te Roro-Huri Hapu of Ngatikahu. The reservation is to be known as Te Iwi-Wehea Wahi Tapu Reserve.

All that piece of land situated in Block III, Rangaunu Survey District and described as follows:

Area Being
m² 8292 Section 1, S.O. Plan 64846, situated in Block III, Rangaunu Survey District and being all the land contained in the revesting order of the Maori Land Court dated 14 June 1993.
