Determination of Tax Depreciation Rates
Pursuant to section 108M of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given that the basic economic depreciation rate for Surgical Implant Instrument Sets (Orthopaedic) has been determined, pursuant to section 108C of the Income Tax Act 1976. The determination may be cited as “Determination DEP3: Tax Depreciation Rates General Determination Number 3” and is available from Inland Revenue Offices.

The determination may be cited as “Determination DEP4: Tax Depreciation Rates General Determination Number 4” and is available from Inland Revenue Offices.

Pursuant to section 37zzzo of the Local Government Act 1974, Her Excellency, the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.
Order
- Title and commencement—(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Manawatu-Wanganui Region and Taranaki Region) Reorganisation Amendment Order 1994.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1994.
Part I
Manawatu-Wanganui Region

Preliminary—This Part of this Order shall be read together with and deemed part of the Local Government (Manawatu-Wanganui Region) Reorganisation Order 1989* (referred to in this Part as “the Order”).

Constitution of Ruapehu District—(1) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order is hereby excluded from the Ruapehu District, as constituted by clause 179 of the Order and as delineated on S.O. Plan No. 36054.
(2) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to form part of the Ohura Ward of the Ruapehu District, as constituted by clause 182 of the Order.
Part II
Taranaki Region

Preliminary—This Part of this Order shall be read together with and deemed part of the Local Government (Taranaki Region) Reorganisation Order 1989† (referred to in this Part as “the Order”).

Constitution of Stratford District—(1) Clause 60 of the Order is hereby amended by omitting the expression “S.O. Plan No. 13058” and substituting the expression “S.O. Plan No. 13085”.
(2) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order is hereby included in the Stratford District, as constituted by clause 60 of the Order and as delineated on S.O. Plan No. 13085.
(3) The area defined in the Schedule to this Order shall form part of the Eastern Ward of the Stratford District, as constituted by clause 63 of the Order.

Schedule
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the southernmost point of the western boundary of that part of A5G2 shown on S.O. Plan 7053 as containing 92.2653 hectares, and the northern boundary of the Stratford-Okahukura Railway, and running generally easterly along the northern boundary of the Stratford-Okahukura Railway to the middle of the Heao Stream, thence southerly along the middle line of the Heao Stream to the centreline of the Stratford-Okahukura Railway, thence westerly along the centreline of the railway to a point at a right line from the point of commencement, thence along that right line to the point of commencement.
