Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 16: Kumeu

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution, dated 3 August 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 16 in Kumeu on the southern (left hand) side only from Kumeu No. 1 Bridge (RP 197/77) extending in a generally north-westerly direction to the eastern side of Access Road (RP 19/8.29); a distance of approximately 520 metres as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA/10/61/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 6: Taramakau to Hokitika

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution, dated 3 August 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that both sides of that part of State Highway 6 north of Hokitika, extending in a southerly direction from the southern abutment of the Taramakau River Bridge (RP 445/0.20) to the intersection with the northern boundary of Richards Drive Hokitika (RP 463/6.62); a distance of approximately 23.95 kilometres as more particularly shown on Sheets 1-10 of Plan TNZ CH/59 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Christchurch and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution, dated 3 August 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 16 in Huapai on the southern (left hand) side only from the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 147550 (RP 19/8.98) extending in a generally north-westerly direction to the western side of Matua Road (RP 19/9.44); a distance of approximately 460 metres as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA/10/61/3 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 6: Hokitika to Ruatapu

It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution, dated 3 August 1994 and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that both sides of that part of State Highway 6 south of Hokitika, extending in a southerly direction from the intersection with the southern boundary of Weld Street, Hokitika (RP 463/8.00), to the intersection with the northern boundary of the southern access road to Ruatapu (RP 471/12.00); a distance of approximately 12.33 kilometres as more particularly shown on Sheets 1-6 of Plan TNZ CH/60 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Christchurch and there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ruapehu District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Ruapehu District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 3, Block V, Town of Ohwango, situated in Block X, Hunua Survey District (S.O. 15771). Part New Zealand Gazette, 1952, page 1643.
