Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of a Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 18th day of February 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Glenda Oborn in respect of Kindercare Learning Centre Remuera, 214 Great South Road, Remuera, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to regulation 14 (1) (c) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 21st day of May 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Wendy Martin in respect of Wakatipu Pre-School, Brecon Street, Queenstown.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Qualifications Recognised by the Secretary for Education for the Purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 40 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, I hereby amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of July 1991, No. 110, pages 2430–2431.

Where an early childhood centre is a playcentre affiliated to the New Zealand Playcentre Federation and operates under the group supervision collective points system, the Secretary for Education hereby recognises the following certificates awarded by the Playcentre Association.

The Secretary for Education hereby recognises for the purpose of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990:

Tairawhiti Playcentre Association
Part A 10 Points
Part B 20 Points

This notice shall come into force the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Oran’s College, Lower Hutt.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 5th day of August 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
