Declaration by the Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Lisa Anne Knapp, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the HINEHOPU GOLF CLUB INCORPORATED HN. I.S. 335863 was made in error and that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Initiation of Dumping Investigation: Aluminium Foil Rolls From Indonesia

Notice is hereby given that I, Alexander Hugh McPhail, Manager, Trade Remedies Group, Ministry of Commerce, acting pursuant to section 10 (1) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, have initiated an investigation to determine both the existence and effect of the alleged dumping of the goods listed in the Schedule to this notice, being satisfied that sufficient evidence has been provided that:

(a) The goods imported or intended to be imported into New Zealand are being dumped; and

(b) By reason thereof material injury to an industry is threatened.

Schedule

Description of Goods Subject to Investigation

Aluminium foil in rolls, of a size not exceeding 20 microns in thickness, 600mm in width and 25 metres in length, packaged for retail sale, but excluding:

• foil backed with paper, paperboard, plastics or similar backing materials; and

• foil lacquered or printed.

Country of Origin

Indonesia.

The goods are currently classified under Tariff Items and Statistical Keys 7607.11.00.01A, 7607.11.00.08J, 7607.11.00.21F, 7607.19.00.01H, 7607.19.00.08E and 7607.19.00.21B of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.

Electricity Act 1992

Electrical Code of Practice for the Determination of Maximum Demand in Electrical Installations (NZECP:19 1994)—Notice of Intention to Seek the Approval of the Code by the Minister of Energy

On 11 August 1994, acting pursuant to section 36 of the Electricity Act 1992 ("the Act"), I issued the Electrical Code of Practice for the Determination of Maximum Demand in Electrical Installations (NZECP:19 1994). Pursuant to section 38 (2) (a) of the Act, I give notice that I intend to apply, after 1 month from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, to the Minister of Energy for approval of that code.

It is intended that the code be cited as a means of compliance with the Electricity Regulations 1993, for determination of the current likely to flow in the cables of an electrical installation.

Comments are requested from any interested parties. Copies of the code may be obtained from The Chief Electrical Inspector's Office, Sixth Floor, Ministry of Commerce Building, 33 Bowen Street, Wellington (or P.O. Box 1473, Wellington).

Comments should be received at this address by the 9th day of September 1994.
