Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No. 5) 1994

Pursuant to section 28ZG of the Fisheries Act 1983, and a delegation made pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Acting Deputy Group Director, MAF Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-off) Notice (No. 5) 1994.
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the 5th day of August 1994, and shall expire on the 15th day of October 1994.
- Interpretation—In this notice:
(a) The principal notice means the Fisheries (Bycatch Trade-Off) Notice (No.4) 1994 [No. 5358] published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 21st day of July 1994, No. 73 at page 2340]; and
(b) Any references to Quota Management Areas, Target species and Bycatch species, and Methods in this notice are as defined or specified in the principal notice.
- Amendment to principal notice—(1) The principal notice is hereby amended by including GUR 3 as a bycatch species in relation to the target species RCO 3 in quota management area 3.
(2) The ratio of the amount of RCO 3 quota which may be accepted by way of lease or sublease in relation to the amount of GUR 3 catch for which the offer is made shall be 2.52.
(3) The GUR 3 catch must have been taken while fishing for RCO 3 using the methods Handlining, Drop/Dahn Lines, or Bottom Longlining.
(4) Any offers that relate to this notice must be for fishing that has occurred in the months of August, or September 1994 respectively.

Resource Management Act 1991
Notice of Approval of Bylaw Amendment
The Minister of Transport and the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to section 424 (6) of the Resource Management Act 1991, hereby give approval to an amendment to The Northland Regional Council’s Grant of Control Foreshore and Seabed Bylaw, Licence Fees for boat ramps, jetties, slipways and marinas, made by way of a Special Order of Council and confirmed at a meeting of council on 18 May 1994. The amendment refers to clause 16 (a) of The Northland Regional Council Maritime Bylaw Amendment No. 5 of 23 June 1993.

Hospitals Schools Boards of Trustees Notice 1994
Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice.
Notice
-
This notice may be cited as the Hospitals Schools Boards of Trustees Notice 1994. This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
-
The Hospitals Schools listed in the Schedule to this notice shall have Boards of Trustees constituted as follows:
—the head teacher of the school facility in the hospital;
—two (2) representatives appointed by the appropriate Crown Health Enterprise;
—one (1) staff member (except when the head teacher is the only staff member) elected by and from the staff of the school facility in the hospital;
—up to five (5) persons appointed by the Minister of Education as the Minister considers appropriate;
—up to four (4) members co-opted by the board itself.
- The Hospitals Schools Boards of Trustees Notice 1992 signed on 16 April 1992 by Catherine Gibson, Acting Secretary for Education, is hereby revoked.

Auckland Hospital School and Middlemore Hospital School, Auckland; Child Potential Unit School, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Rotorua; Templeton Centre School, Christchurch; Tokanui Hospital School, Te Awamutu.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Patrick’s School, Taumarunui.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 25th day of July 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
