(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares those portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(ii) The portion of road secondly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 176/24, subject to existing encumbrances.

(iv) The portions of road fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly and eighthly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5A/449, subject to existing encumbrances.
