Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is:

(i) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest is acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
