Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale May Be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over those areas of the local purpose (road) reserves described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council in such manner, at such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, any proceeds of sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

South Auckland Land District—Tauranga District

● 291 square metres, more or less, being Area “B” on S.O. Plan 59827 (formerly part Lot 4, D.P. S. 5191, being part Allotment 101, Parish of Te Papa), situated in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District. Part certificate of title 1456/67.

9 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. S. 24852, and being part Allotment 101, Parish of Te Papa, situated in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District. Part certificate of title 5D/1133.

Recreation Reserve—Otumoetai Road

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council at current market value, in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, with such moneys to be used towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or towards the purchase of other land for public reserve.

1861 square metres, more or less, being Lot 13, D.P. 34679, situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District. All certificate of title 25B/307, subject to H. 690316.1 certificate, pursuant to section 461 of the Local Government Act 1974, relating to private drain passing through and serving the land.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (fire station) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
