Road Realignment Hills Road, Ngatapa—Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

1. Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Gisborne District Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

   (a) The area firstly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 5A/655, subject to mortgage 167326.1.

   (b) The areas secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 99/46.

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the road described in the Schedule to be stopped (now known as Section 1, S.O. 8690) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/618.
