Land Declared to be Road and Severance, Ocean Beach, Palliser Bay

Pursuant to sections 114 and 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The South Wairarapa District Council, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be severance and vested in Her Majesty the Queen for conservation purposes, subject to the Reserves Act 1987.

Resumption of Unformed Road and Declaration That Crown Land be Set Apart for Conservation Purposes, Ocean Beach, Palliser Bay

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1972, and to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, has ceased to be road and shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and that the afore mentioned Crown land to set apart for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987.

Land Set Apart for Motorway Purposes, Ngauranga Gorge, Wellington City

Pursuant to sections 52 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto, is set apart for motorway purposes and will remain vested in the Crown, subject to an electricity easement in gross, the rights and powers of which are the same as described in clauses 2 and 5 of the Second Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, being created in favour of the Energy Direct Corporation Limited over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
