Cancellation of the Vesting of a Reserve in The Manukau City Council and Revocation of the Reservation of that Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Manukau City Council of the gravel reserve, described in the Schedule below, and further, revokes the reservation as a gravel reserve over the said land.
