Where a Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) has not been established by the Secretary for a specific oil filter, a supplier may lodge a request, backed by the necessary supporting evidence, that a normal value be established for that specific oil filter.

Normal Value (Value for Duty Equivalent) amounts established by the Secretary following such requests will be advised to the suppliers concerned and to the Customs Department.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of a Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 26th day of April 1994, which was granted under those regulations to Roger Mills in respect of Riverside Childcare Centre, corner of Liverpool Street and Clifton Road, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Mary’s School, Blenheim.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 11th day of July 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
