The Traffic (Papakura District) Notice No. 1, 1994

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Papakura District) Notice No. 1, 1994.

The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

SITUATED within Papakura District at Takanini:

Airfield Road: from Porchester Road to Mill Road.

Civil Aviation Rules

This is a statement of intention to publish rules in the following CAR parts—

Part 121 and 135, Subparts A and K—Fatigue of Flight Crew

—pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for the proposed parts is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 30 days.

Copies of the Notice of Rule Making are available for viewing at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt and on application to the Docket Clerk, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt 6315.

For further information write to the docket clerk at the above address. Initial copies have been sent to the Rule Review Group.

Industry Training Act 1992

New Zealand Stock and Station Agents’ Association Limited

The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992,

hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 20th day of June 1994, the New Zealand Stock and Station Agents’ Association Limited, was granted full recognition as an Industry Training Organisation for the Stock and Station Agents Industry. The New Zealand Stock and Station Agents’ Association Limited is required to consult with other interested organisations in the setting of national standards in the skill areas it has been recognised for.

Relinquishment of Bank Registration

Pursuant to section 71 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, the following names were removed from the Register of Registered Banks on the 1st day of July 1994:

State Bank of South Australia.

Westland Bank Limited.

Pursuant to section 10 of The National Bank of New Zealand Act 1994, the name of The Rural Bank Limited was removed from the Register of Registered Banks on the 1st day of July 1994.
