Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of gathering food plants and medicinal plants with a prohibition against grazing or bush felling for the common use and benefit of Ngati Tuwharetoa and Ngati Raukawa.

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae interest for the common use and benefit of Ngati Hokopu and their invitees.
