Exempting Maori Freehold Land From Rates

Pursuant to section 182 (2) of the Rating Powers Act 1988, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Rotorua Land Court and with the consent of the Rotorua District Council, hereby exempts the Maori freehold land described in the attached Schedule from liability for the payment of rates.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block X, Rotoiti Survey District and described as follows:

Area ha Being

8.0937 All that parcel of Maori freehold land known as Motutawa 3, created by partition order of the Maori Land Court dated the 15th day of March 1974.
