Board of Trustees Election

Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election is to be held on the 4th day of August 1994, for the board of trustees of the following school:

St Francis Xavier School, Whangarei.

The proprietors of the said school are entering into an integration agreement with the Minister of Education pursuant to the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The first meeting of the board of trustees will be held on the 15th day of August 1994.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 27th day of August 1993, which was granted under those regulations to Yvonne Murt and Zoe Copsey in respect of Knox Community Creche, 4A Birdwood Crescent, Parnell, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated the 7th day of September 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Jayne Reid in respect of Wild Things Kindergarten, 93 Sandringham Road, Sandringham, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Vocational Training Act 1982

Disestablishment of the Engineering Industry Training Board

Pursuant to section 34 (4) of the Vocational Training Act 1982, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Engineering Industry Training Board Disestablishment Notice 1994.

2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. The Engineering Industry Training Board established under the Vocational Training Act 1982, is hereby disestablished.

Consent to the Distribution of New Medicines

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicines set out in the Schedule hereto:
