Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Christchurch City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Resource Management Act 1991

Vesting of Land

Pursuant to section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and to a sub-delegation from the Director-General of Conservation, the Deputy Director-General (Resource Protection) of the Department of Conservation, hereby vests in The Porirua City Council as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, the land described in the Schedule hereto.
