Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for scientific and industrial research purposes and remains vested in Her Majesty the Queen.
