Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into, the “Right of Way” as such expression is defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is acquired over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice for post office telecommunication installation, as an easement forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice and to vest in Her Majesty the Queen.
