In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982.
Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of February 1994, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:
-
That the name of the practitioner Barry Thomas Duke be struck off the roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand;
-
That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $794.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the tribunal;
and
- That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $18,450.00 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that society.

Notice of an Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that an application has been made for an amendment to the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand to enable the airline to operate from points in New Zealand, optionally via Brisbane, to Osaka (Kansai), Japan.

Wool Industry Act 1977
Direction on Wool Test Certification
This “Direction on Wool Test Certification” is made by the New Zealand Wool Board (“the Board”) pursuant to its authority contained in section 21 (1) of the Wool Industry Act 1977 (“the Act”). The intention of this Direction is to further enhance the integrity of the New Zealand wool testing industry and to enhance the utilisation of objective measurement of wool.
Notice of this Direction is being given as required by section 21 (5) of the Act. The Direction may be amended from time to time. Any such amendments will be published in this New Zealand Gazette or as otherwise provided by the Act.
For the purposes of this Direction raw wool is defined as greasy wool; wool which has been scoured, carbonised, washed or solvent degreased; scoured skin wools; washed skin wools; and slipe wools. Raw wool consists of wool fibre together with variable amounts of vegetable matter
