Land Set Apart for a Sewage Pump Station in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a sewage pump station and shall remain vested in The Tauranga District Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, is stopped and when so stopped, is Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
