Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986

Approval of Hazardous Substances Course

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (e) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and under powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety in an instrument of delegation dated the 11th day of April 1994, I, Warren Gillespie Simeon, Manager,

Road User Standards, hereby approve the following courses and organisation for the purposes of paragraph (1) (a) of the Transport Act 1962:

Manawatu District Council Hazardous Substances Course conducted by Brian Blackwell Hanly as organisation.
