Appointment of Examination Stations at Invercargill Customs Airport
Pursuant to section 31 of the Customs Act 1966, I, Graeme William Ludlow, Comptroller of Customs, hereby appoint examination stations described in the Schedule hereto, at Invercargill Customs Airport.
Schedule
All that portion of tarmac area shaded upon drawing “A” dated 19 May 1994, described as Invercargill Airport Terminal.

Education Act 1989
Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Puau Te Moana-Nui-A-Kiwa Amendment Notice
Pursuant to section 155 (8) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Puau Te Moana-Nui-A-Kiwa Amendment Notice 1994.

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Clause 5 of the notice entitled “Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Puau Te Moana-Nui-A-Kiwa”, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 14 January 1993, No. 2, page 5, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“5 Constitution of the Board of Trustees—The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Puau Te Moana-Nui-A-Kiwa shall comprise:
(a) 5 elected parent representatives; and
(b) the principal; and
(c) not more than 4 persons co-opted by the Board.”

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St Patrick’s School, Wainuiomata.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 1st day of June 1994. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
