Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Taupo District Council on the 2nd day of March 1994:

‘‘That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Taupo District Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the district in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of section 17 of the said Act.’’
