The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 30th day of March, 1990*, and so much of the Traffic (Rodney District) Notice No. 1, 1991, signed on the 3rd day of December, 1991†, which relates to the road in the Schedules below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

First Schedule
SITUATED within Rodney District at Whangaparaoa:
Whangaparaoa Road: from D’oyly Drive to Roberts Road and from Siesta Terrace to a point 200 metres, measured easterly, generally, along Whangaparaoa Road from Everard Avenue.

Second Schedule
SITUATED within Rodney District at Whangaparaoa:
Whangaparaoa Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to D’oyly Drive, and from Roberts Road to Siesta Terrace.

The Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 6, 1994

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 6, 1994.

The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated on the 11th day of April 1975*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.

Schedule
SITUATED within Whangarei District at Whangamu Bay:
Tutukaka Block Road: from Whangaumu Street to a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, along Tutukaka Block Road from Whangaumu Street.

Wellington Place.
Whangaumu Street.
