Notification of Disposal of Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Southland, hereby declares that the conservation land described in the Schedule hereto, has been disposed of to K. A. Thomson, for the consideration of $42,000, including Goods and Services Tax.

1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 4, situated in Block XIV, Town of Wyndham. All C.T. 10C/468.

Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose (electricity) reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District—Hamilton City

11 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. S. 67471, situated in Block I, Hamilton Survey District. Part certificate of title 51D/109. Subject to railway tunnel maintenance easement created by document B. 120224.10.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District—Hamilton City

9 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. S. 66723, situated in Block I, Hamilton Survey District. Part certificate of title 51D/106. Subject to tunnel easement created by document B. 165511.11 and mortgages B. 165511.12 and B. 165511.13. Appurtenant hereto is a right of way easement created by document B. 149523 and tunnel construction and maintenance easement created by document B. 165511.11.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Appointment of the Board and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Maungakaramea Recreation Reserve Board as published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 88, 19 October 1978, page 2839, and further appoints the Maungakaramea Recreation Society Incorporated to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

3.3249 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 198, Maungakaramea Parish and parts Lot 2, D.P. 40435, all situated in Block III, Tangihua Survey District.
