Land and an Interest over Land Acquired for Sanitary Purposes (Sewage Treatment) in Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for sanitary purposes (sewage treatment) and a right of way easement, containing the rights and powers set forth in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, described in the Second Schedule is acquired over the land described in the Third Schedule and the said land and right of way easement shall forever be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
