Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21(2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
So much of the Traffic (North Shore City) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 23rd day of October, 1990β , which relates to the road in the Schedule below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.

The Traffic (Tararua District) Notice No. 1, 1994
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport give the following notice:
N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tararua District) Notice No. 1, 1994.
The Minister of Transport's duly authorised delegate hereby declares those localities and roads within markings identified in the Legend of and appearing on plan numbered TTP9305/1 and the following amendment:
AMENDMENT NO. 1
Makirikiri Road: from State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 300 metres measured south easterly, generally, along Makirikiri Road from the said State highway.
To be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area.
This notice to be read with the Extract from New Zealand Gazette, 2 December 1993, No. 175, page 3612, entitled The Traffic (Tararua District) Notice No. 1, 1994.

Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986
Approval of Hazardous Substances Course
Pursuant to section 48 (2) (e) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and under powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety in an instrument of delegation dated the 11th day of April 1994, I, Warren Richard Gillespie Simeon, Manager, Road User Standards, hereby approve the following courses and organisations for the purposes of paragraph (1) (a) of the Transport Act 1962:
TOSHA Limited or Taranaki Occupational Safety and Health Associates Limited Hazardous Substances Course conducted by Kevin T. Wipiiti as organisation.
This notice replaces New Zealand Gazette notice No. 223, dated 20 December 1990.

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (f) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986, and pursuant to a delegation given to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety in an instrument of delegation dated the 11th day of April 1994, I, Warren Richard Gillespie Simeon, Manager, Road User Standards, hereby approve the following organisation to conduct a course in map reading for the purposes of regulation 11 (1) (c) of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987:
Picton Driving School, Picton.
