Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Land Acquired for a State Primary School, Ruapehu District (Grey Street, Raetihi)

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a State primary school and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 4 and vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
