Reserves Act 1977

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager Protection, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Te Atamira Scenic Reserve.

8093 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 34A, Aotea Parish, situated in Blocks V and VII Tryphena Survey District. S.O. Plan 2497. All New Zealand Gazette 1991, page 2667.

Cancellation of the Vesting in The Dunedin City Council of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago, hereby cancels the vesting in The Dunedin City Council of the Outram Glen Scenic Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

137.5931 hectares, more or less, being Section 31, Block VII, Maungatua Survey District. All certificate of title 15A/1172.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as local purpose reserve (community use), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1994, No. 2.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
