Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Queenstown-Lakes District) Notice No. 2, 1994.

The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21(2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

First Schedule

SITUATED within Queenstown-Lakes District at Arthurs Point:

McChesney Road.
McMillan Road.
Moonlight Track.

Second Schedule

SITUATED within Queenstown-Lakes District at Arthurs Point:

Atley Road.
Gorge Road: from Malaghans Road to a point 50 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along Gorge Road from McChesney Creek Bridge.
Malaghans Road: from Gorge Road to a point 50 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Malaghans Road from Skippers Road.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and a delegation from the Minister of Transport, I, Grant Stewart Milne, Acting Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitaki District) Notice No. 1, 1994.

No. 8 State Highway (Timaru-Milton): from a point 240 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State highway from No. 83 State Highway (Pukeru-Omarama), to a point 200 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State highway from T A Munro Lane.
No. 83 State Highway (Pukeruri-Omarama): from No. 8 State Highway (Timaru-Milton) to a point 120 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Black Peak Road.

No. 83 State Highway (Pukeruri-Omarama): from a point 120 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State highway from Black Peak Road to a point 50 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said State highway from Ahuriri Drive.
