Land Declared Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 2) in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become limited access road and State highway, and vested in the Crown.

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59654, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 713, folio 106, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 150078.2 and B. 138180.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

1422 square metres, being part Section 18, Block I, Wharepapa Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 59654, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Road, St Aubyn Street East—Hastings District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road which shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
