Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58830, and area “F”, now known as Section 2, S.O. 58830, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1202, folio 195, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 057997, H. 801202.2 and H. 434975, South Auckland Land Registry.
