The Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator Type Approval) Notice (No. 2) 1994 (No. 5339)

Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, and a delegation made, pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Assistant Manager (Fisheries Compliance) MAF Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

Notice

Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Automatic Location Communicator Type Approval) Notice (No. 2) 1994.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, “type approval” means an approval given by the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries under regulation 5 of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993.
Grant of Type Approval—Pursuant to regulation 5 (2) of the Fisheries (Satellite Vessel Monitoring) Regulations 1993, a full type approval has been granted to the following Inmarsat-C device:
