Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager Protection, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

670 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 50563. All certificate of title 2075/68.

898 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 50563. All certificate of title 7D/902.

Both situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1994, No. 15.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, except for that land regazetted in the notice referred to in the Second Schedule hereto.
